The goal of SB365 is to support you in completing up to 4 HIIT excercises per week, as well as giving you nutritional tips and advice each month to support you in your journey.
The purpose of this program is to be able to fit into your day to day lifestyle. This is not a one time fix, this is about consistent lifestyle changes and support so that you can achieved your desired end results.
All workouts can be modified to help meet all fitness abilities and are generally only 20-30 minutes long! With access to my vault of exercises, you can also create your custom workouts, if you want to focus on certain areas.
Before starting I had no idea how much of an impact and change this would have on my health and well-being.
The workouts are simple to follow but also offer variety and can be easily adapted to suit my abilities.

Scott is a qualified and experienced personal trainer from Aberdeenshire. He holds qualifications in nutrition and physical activity, HIIT and pre and post natal exercise.
He is also a qualified physical exercise teacher, and holds a BA Hons for Sport in the Community.
Scott is passionate about helping his clients achieve optimal results quickly and really committed to delivering resources to make that happen.
