Blitz
Blitz is a dynamic class combining bodyweight, resistance, cardio, and core exercises. Designed to tone muscles, boost metabolism, and burn fat, it offers variety and enjoyment each week. The class is suitable for all abilities, with modifications available for every exercise. Sessions take place on Tuesdays at 6pm, with a maximum of 18 participants.
All classes are held at SB Fitness, Unit 15, Hill of Banchory East Business Park. Booking is required through the ‘Gym Catch’ App – SB Fitness Banchory. The cost is £10 per person, with package deals available. Payment can be made via the app or at the class.

Functional Fitness
Functional Fitness is a circuit-based HIIT class aimed at improving everyday strength, cardio fitness, and overall functionality. It targets upper and lower body muscles, core, and cardiovascular health. The sessions are designed to suit all abilities, providing a friendly and supportive environment for participants to work at their own pace. Classes run on Thursdays at 12.15pm, 5.30pm, and 6.30pm, limited to 18 participants.
