Metafit

Metafit is a scientifically proven, results driven, high intensity 30 minute total body workout. The class is based on a wide range of bodyweight exercises which are an effective way to improve balance, flexibility and strength. Through the Metafit class you will tone muscle, boost metabolism and burn fat. It is a class that is available to all levels of ability as every exercise can be modified. The class takes place on a Tuesday from 7pm at Banchory Primary School (£5pp). Please get in touch if you need more info.

Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness is a circuit based class completed within a High Intensity Interval Format. The exercises are designed to improve an individuals ability to perform everyday activities and develop fitness. The class aims to train upper/lower muscle groups, core and cardio elements. Each individual can work at their own pace and within a friendly community setting. The class takes place on a Thursday from 7pm at Banchory Primary School (£5pp).
This class is available to all fitness levels.
