Metafit

Metafit is a scientifically proven, results driven, high intensity 30 minute total body workout. The class is based on a wide range of bodyweight exercises which are an effective way to improve balance, flexibility and strength.

Through the Metafit class you will tone muscle, boost metabolism and burn fat. It is a class that is available to all levels of ability as every exercise can be modified. The classes take place at 6.15pm on a Tuesday evening at the SB Fitness Gym. Classes are currently limited to 15 individuals.

The Gym is located at the Alan Buchan Contractors Units on Burn O’Bennie Road, Hill of Banchory. All participants must book through the ‘Gym Catch’ App – SB Fitness Banchory. Payment is encouraged through the App or can be accepted at the class. Please get in touch if you need more info.

Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness is a circuit based class completed within a High Intensity Interval Format. The exercises are designed to improve an individuals ability to perform everyday activities and develop fitness.

The class aims to train upper/lower muscle groups, core and cardio elements. Each individual can work at their own pace and within a friendly community setting. The classes take place at 6.15pm and 7pm on a Thursday evening at the SB Fitness Gym. Classes are currently limited to 18 individuals.

The Gym is located at the Alan Buchan Contractors Units on Burn O’Bennie Road, Hill of Banchory. All participants must book through the ‘Gym Catch’ App – SB Fitness Banchory. Payment is encouraged through the App or can be accepted at the class. Please get in touch if you need more info.

Strong

STRONG is a circuit based class completed within a High Intensity Interval Format. The exercises are designed to improve an individuals ability to perform strength based exercises.

The class also aims to train upper/lower muscle groups and core fitness. Each individual can work at their own pace and within a friendly community setting. The classes take place at 8am on a Saturday at the SB Fitness Gym. Classes are currently limited to 18 individuals.

The Gym is located at the Alan Buchan Contractors Units on Burn O’Bennie Road, Hill of Banchory. All participants must book through the ‘Gym Catch’ App – SB Fitness Banchory. Payment is encouraged through the App or can be accepted at the class. Please get in touch if you need more info.


Mix Circuit Class

Mix

The ‘Mix’ class is circuit based. The class focuses on many aspects of fitness through bodyweight, resistance, core and cardio exercises. The class is for all fitness abilities as all exercises can be modified. The class takes place at SB Fitness, Unit 15, Hill of Banchory East Business Park. Payment can be made via Gym Catch or at the class upon arrival.

Fierce Class SB Fitness

Fierce

The Fierce class focusses on completing core, cardio and strength exercises through a High Intensity Interval Format (HITT). The class aims to burn a high amount of calories in a short amount of time. There will be bodyweight and resistance exercises. Each individual can work at their own pace and within a friendly community setting. The class takes place on a Friday from 9.15am. Maximum number of participants per class is 15. All participants must book through the ‘Gym Catch’ App. The cost per class is £6.00. Payment can be completed via the Gym Catch App as a single transaction or at the class. Individuals can also purchase a package of classes. This class is available to all fitness levels. Please get in touch if you need more info.
